In December of 2023, I was the 1st ASM on Emerson’s production of Bat Boy!: The Musical. With that production came a proposal from Laurence O’Keefe to workshop some of his materials and some of his co-writers, Keythe Farley and Brian Flemming. This project continued on as a 29 Hour Reading/Workshop with Laurence O’Keefe in attendance! I got to Stage Manage this process and coordinate the rehearsals which implemented many lyric, song and line changes into a reading presented to the Emerson College population in January of 2024.
