The project that I spent most of my semester focused on was Juilliard Drama’s 3rd Year production of Flock, which was commissioned for the students. This piece was adapted by Amlin Gray and directed by Ellen Lauren – both who I had the pleasure to help will this new play to take flight. My responsibilities on this production included running the rehearsal room with the help of PSM and mentor, Christine Colonna, preparing and maintaining a blocking script, running and tracking sound cue placement as decided in the room, writing and sending out daily rehearsal reports and schedules, tracking script changes, and calling the lighting, sound and projection cues once we hit the stage of the McClelland Drama Theater. This piece was a unique challenge that I do not take for granted and was the perfect ending to my time at Juilliard.
